In case you realise you have purchased a course or availed services not suitable for your needs, you may apply for a refund within 72 hours by stating the reason to contact@redutech.org. The refund shall be processed within 72 hours of receiving the request with a valid reason. Thereafter, the amount may be credited to your original account within up to 7 days as per the banking channel rules.
You have 72 hours to return an e-learning tool, course, applications, or other services from the date of purchase. A refund request will be deemed valid only if it is made by email to contact@redutech.org within 72 hours of purchase.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days (minimum 5–7 working days), depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying your own bank charges for returning your e-course. Banking costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of banking will be deducted from your refund.
